Available in 9MM, the XD® Mod.2® Threaded Service Model is perfectly proportioned for silenced use. It’s big enough to host a suppressor, yet compact enough to keep overall handling characteristics just right. The ½”x28 threading accepts 9mm and larger silencers – out of the box. A thread protector cap is included to protect barrel threading when shooting unsuppressed. The threaded model ships with a flat dark earth frame and black Melonite® slide. The new XD® Mod.2® Threaded Service Model includes extra tall suppressor sights to ensure visibility over most standard suppressor bodies. The steel three-dot sights are finely serrated on the shooter-facing sides to minimize glare and provide a crisp sight picture. The front sight rises .365-inches above the top of the slide for unobstructed sight picture visibility.Specs
